Hola. Aquí regreso a ver como está la mentalidad colectiva de nuestro país. Espero que la gente empiece a pensar en lo qu de verdad importa y no en faranduleo y chismes o política fangosa (aunque no ha otra en Puerto Rico).

Los sindicatos quieren meterse a politiquear. Ahora pretenden usar el dinero de las cuotas de sus miembros para apoyar campañas políticas. Yo pertenezco a un sindicato y me sentiría bien mal que mi dinero se esté usando para apoyar a un candidato que yo no apoyo y como yo no apoyo a ninguno me siento mal ya porque de seguro apoyarán a alguno.

ResponderEliminarLos sindicatos quieren tener el mismo privilegio de las corporaciones para poder aportar ilimitadamente a las campañas políticas. Quieren librarse de la cláusula que dice que tienen que pedirle permiso a la matrícula antes de endosar un candidato.

Los sindicatos están cubiertos ya bajo la decisión del Supremo en Citizens United. Esta otra decisión del Supremo lo que dice es que un sindicato, en el caso apelado era la SEIU, no puede usar dinero de los afiliados sin consultarles y sin que éstos estén de acuerdo.
